  • 6% of for-profit clinicians rate telehealth platforms as helpful vs. 24% in not-for-profit.

  • 64% want more staff hired.

  • In large orgs (≥2,500 employees): 74% want tech investment and 78% want more staff.

Job Selection Drivers

  • 83% say the ability to make a positive difference is the top non-monetary factor when choosing an employer.
